HiPP organic Buckwheat Milk & Cereal

4 months and on 

• no added sugars
• no juice concentrates
• with calcium for the bones
• with iron for blood formation and cognitive development
• iodine for thyroid function
• with vitamin A** & D** for the immune system
• rich in vitamin C for iron absorption
• rich in vitamin B1** for energy-yielding metabolism

• valuable, easily digestible cereal (gluten-free)

Preparation:

Please do not heat the porridge in the microwave (danger of scalding!)

Preparation as milk porridge:

1. boil fresh drinking water and let it cool down to about 50°C. Prepare approx. 200ml milk food. 
2. Put 3-4 tablespoons (22g) HiPP porridge into a plate.
3. Add prepared milk food to the porridge powder and stir.
4. allow to swell until the desired consistency is reached. Check temperature, e.g. with a thermometer.

Preparation as half milk porridge:

1. Put 100ml whole milk + 100ml water(1) into a pot and bring to the boil(2).
2. Put 3-4 tablespoons (22g) HiPP porridge into a plate.
3. add the cooled down liquid and stir
4. allow to swell until the desired consistency is reached. Check temperature.
